Seating 6 people, and with an integrated small break-out area, our smaller meeting room is perfect for those wanting to hold team meetings, virtual meetings, consultations and 1:1s, and is bookable by the hour, half day or day. 

This bright and modern room is equipped with HDMI cable and flip chart. 

Unlimited tea, coffee and water is included. If you want to add an extra special touch to your meeting, then we have it covered. We offer flexible catering packages using one of our local suppliers.

BIC Conference Room

Designed with comfort, creativity and flexibility in mind, the Conference Room seats from 8 to 16 people. This large and bright meeting room has been recently refurbished and provides a colourful and inspirational environment for any meeting. 

It is is ideal for holding team meetings, virtual meetings, workshops and consultations, and is bookable by the hour (2hr minimum booking), half day or day. 

The room is equipped with a large screen with HDMI cable and flip chart. Unlimited tea, coffee and water is included. If you want to add an extra special touch to your meeting, then we have it covered. We offer flexible catering packages using one of our local suppliers.
